1. Cancellation Policy

We maintain flexibility and transparency in managing all contracted projects and professional services.

1.1 Service Cancellations:

Marketing, IT Integration, Design, Development, and Testing Services:

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 business days before the scheduled start of the service.

  • If a service has already begun, full refunds cannot be granted, but a prorated refund will be provided for the portion not yet completed.

  • Please note: All services are one-time engagements; no recurring or subscription-based billing is offered.


2. Return and Refund Policy

KAPO GROUP s.r.o. stands by the technical precision and reliability of our work. However, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Slovak consumer protection law, clients have defined rights regarding returns and refunds for unrendered services.

2.1 Refunds for Services:

  • If you are dissatisfied with the service quality, you may request a review of the completed work. Should no resolution be reached, a partial refund will be considered for the unperformed portion of the service.

  • Refunds are not issued for services that have been fully executed and accepted by the client.

  • In compliance with EU consumer law, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided that service delivery has not yet begun or no custom work has been executed.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom deliverables such as bespoke marketing strategies, API integrations, software development, and design work are considered non-refundable after delivery unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

2.3 Chargeback Policy:

  • By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and accepts the described scope of services and agrees not to initiate chargebacks for completed, approved, or accepted work.

  • All payments are one-time only; no recurring subscriptions or auto-renewals are applied.

In rare or force majeure circumstances, such as delays or technical issues caused by factors on our end, KAPO GROUP will cooperate to find an equitable solution — including rescheduling, service credits, or partial refunds in line with EU contractual fairness standards.
